Mumbai, March 13 (IANS): Popular actor Angad Hasija, who has appeared in many music videos and TV shows recently, has made a new music video titled “Faqeer”.
Speaking about the song, he says, “This is produced by White Hills Production and directed by Robby Singh. They are one of the best production houses in Punjab and also work with Diljit Dosanjh. When I got the offer, my first thought was I can’t miss this. Faqeer is a sad song that was amazingly filmed by the director. My experience was great.
“It was my first video with Aliya Hamidi. After this song, another project will come soon where I am working with her. We had a lot of fun during the filming and we bonded very well. People like this song and the video is also liked by a lot of people on social media. And I love it.”
Music videos have been around for a while now – why do you think every actor makes music videos?
“I don’t know about the others, but I love making music videos. My good friend Sara Khan and I have collaborated a lot on music videos. I think the USP of music videos is about the quality and how it’s done. And I noticed If there’s a touch of Punjab in it, then it’s taken to a new level.”
Talking about the role of music in his life, Angad adds, “Music plays an important role in everyone’s life. When I listen to old songs, I remember when I was a kid, especially when my mom and dad used to drive me around. helps you stay connected over time.”
