PORT ARTHUR, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hancock Whitney Bank and Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) will issue checks to two Disaster Reconstruction Assistance (DRA) recipients to repair their homes following hurricane damage . DRA grants provide funds of up to $10,000 for the repair and rehabilitation of disaster-affected owner-occupied housing in federally declared disaster areas in the five-state district of FHLB Dallas.
